Nutrition: Emphasizing a whole-food, plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats.
Physical Activity: Encouraging regular exercise to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and overall well-being.
Sufficient Sleep: Highlighting the importance of adequate sleep for physical and mental health.
